Star seller - message calculation wrong

It appears my message % has been calculated wrongly, which means I have missed out on the star seller this month.  
Not sure how this can be rectified?

Did you download the spreadsheet to see which messages entered into the calculation?

To see the calculation for the April 1 badge, you need to click on the tab that says "Last Review Period."

If it's wrong, you can contact Etsy and ask them to fix it, but they usually won't. No one here in forums can fix it. We're just other sellers.

Download a CSV for messages and see which ones are being counted

Yeah I downloaded it, just one message out of 16 and I’ve missed out.

You need 95% to get the badge, which means for every one you miss, you need 19 you respond to on time.
