I haven't got 100% message response rate because when I replied to my buyer Etsy started a new conversation thread instead of replying on the same conversation, even though I did reply the same day
@IThinkKnotx: What usually happens in this case is that the buyer sent you a message AND started a Help Request (which always starts a new thread). Check the applicable CSV file from your Star Seller page to confirm which message(s) Etsy thinks you did not answer within 24 hours. It will contain the first message of every new incoming thread during the period which is all that counts for Star Seller. Remember that the file is in UTC not your local time zone.
