Shipping stats incorrect

So my Stats show that a package doesn’t have any tracking info, but the order itself shows the tracking number, that it was delivered and even that the buyer left a 5 star review. Etsy seems to be messing with my Review stats as well. It has two different numbers for me. What can I do? I have the tracking number, but there’s no way to submit the issue.
