Tracking not attached, star seller rating affected ...ticked

I have three that did not attached I have proof they clearly did how does it get fixed? So frustrating. 

And I cant seem to find to where to attach the pics

I have an order that has tracking added, but star seller download shows no tracking/not shipped as well! Very frustrating!

This seems to be a new version of the pre-transit problem.    There are a couple of threads on it but no resolution yet (to my knowledge).   :  (

The end of March is coming quickly.

I finally had my "pre transit" updated today within the Etsy app. However my star seller info did not update for 7 orders that have me knocked down below % and YES End of March is Fast approaching and it's my busy season for Easter!! I don't have the Etsy chat box support either in my shop for whatever reason. I'm a March Star Seller but lost my April star seller so far because of the shipping glitch.  Do they update the percentages daily?
