The “On-time shipping & tracking” has dinged me for one order saying it didn’t have tracking info….but it clearly does. How do I get this looked at by Etsy. I work very hard at meeting all my shiP by dates and this item DID ship in time and it was an add on to an order and I merely copy/pasted the tracking from primary order into this add on listing . I’ve done this same thing many many times…why are they saying it’s not there now when it clearly is under both the add on listing purchase and the primary listing purchase in the completed orders? Give it 24 hours, it may adjust by itself. I've had a few that said "no tracking" that later adjusted without me doing anything.

Thank you…yes, contacted seller help chat and they checked my order and shipping tracking info was all correct, but the system had not updated the add on listing info into the star seller calculations,
@BeanieBraidedLeashes: Probably almost everyone on this forum can sympathize with you but a quick search would show you innumerable threads about your exact issue. Unfortunately, Etsy has made it clear that they will not manually adjust Star Seller data.
How long ago did you ship? Have the packages been scanned? If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Usually a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status and the Star Seller stats auto update.
