Star seller dispatch time info incorrect

2 of my recent orders are showing as not dispatched on time in the star seller stats. This is incorrect. 1 was dispatched 1 day later and 1 was dispatched 2 days later. Both are within my estimated dispatch time and many other items listed as dispatched on time were sent 1 day after the order, for example. The only thing I can see is that Etsy are encouraging you to use an Etsy shipping label for orders over £10 and these are the only 2 over £10. However, this is not mandatory and definitely should not be a factor in 'dispatch time' ratings! Please review as this is unfairly penalising people.

Did you enter the shipping as complete and enter the tracking shortly after coming back from the post office?   Did you wait longer than 24 hours?  Do the items show acceptance?  When did your PO accept the items.  

Did you use Other when entering shipping? 

You can contact Etsy and ask what they see on their side.

(BTW add your GDPR and return policy which accepts returns to increase having seller protection)

No I didn't enter tracking numbers as it is not mandatory to send tracked. I didn't send anything else tracked and all items except these two show as dispatching on time. The only difference is these were over £10.

You don't have to use Etsy labels, but you do have to enter in a tracking number that Etsy can verify on Aftership. 

When did you ship out the items? The csv file and SS metrics aren't live and sometimes take 24-48 hours to update. So if you sent something out this morning, an possibly yesterday, it may likely not have updated yet.

Why do you believe it's not mandatory to be tracked? You may not have to have them tracked to complete the order, but it's pretty clear that for shops in the UK in order to count for SS orders over £10 do in fact need tracking.

Orders of a certain value will need to have tracking or a shipping label purchased on Etsy . The requirement values are based on currency.

Yup, for Star Seller orders* over £10 require tracking or an etsy label.

*orders being the item price before discounts, shipping or tax.
