Yesterday, I had a buyer purchase multiple items in two separate orders and thought that was odd, but thought she may have just changed her mind and decided to purchase a further item. I went ahead and refund shipping for one order and combined the orders to ship and let her know. She replied to apologize for the multiple orders and that she was having problems purchasing - she kept getting an error message that the items were no longer available, but clearly were when she went back to my shop page. I thanked her for her persistence in placing the order. How many other customers just tried and gave up? Anyone else encountered this issue? Frustrated by the growing list of glitches to address, but when customers cannot purchase because them, grrrrrrr!!!!
