When I choose to print shipping labels everything is missing. Weight, package size, cant even choose how to ship out. Adding that none of my presets are there for an option. This is something that has popped up as an issue today. I mail out everyday. Nothing new was changed.
I can see the label screen, but I can't type anything into the boxes. Even typing this message was sketchy
Same, I've logged out and back in and it's the same.
If you have shipping presets, you have to delete them all. Then you can manually type in the correct information.
You need to fill in the info - then print them. Several posts about this - and all my orders for the last two days are showing this too.
* My presets still work - that fills everything in.
I'm not even able to do that. It allows me to do nothing. I'm online with support right now
Please keep us updated on what they say. I've has this problem for a few days
They did troubleshooting with me and asked for a screenshot of the issue. They said nothing can be done right now because they see no system issue. I have to manually go mail out today. Maybe talk to support, the more people are inquiring then maybe they can see the issues and fix it
Use pirate ship or some other shipping service. They integrate with Etsy so once a label is purchased the info goes to Etsy and the order is complete. Pirate ship is great if you ever need to file a claim.
Pirate ship isn't getting the shipping information either.
This issue began for me last night on all my attempts to print Etsy labels. I am able to manually enter the shipping details to get a label; however, every time, there's a red highlighted message that says "Upgrade Requested". Obviously, there's a glitch in the Etsy system that hasn't yet been resolved.
Exactly as far as the (Upgrade Requested) on every order now after I've manually entered the shipping info.
They have paid for Priority shipping and that's exactly what they are going to get!
Mine's doing this too, contacted support and they say they will elevate the issue. Hopefully if enough people tell them about it we can get some help

Same with me!! I have label presets and now all of my information is missing. It says "additional information required" , whereas it always used to populate these fields automatically with the preset linked to that product type by size and weight. Etsy what has happened? I dont want to have to enter all of these again for 150 listings.
Same here! Everything used to populate for me and charge me exactly what my customers paid. Now it says more information is required, for weight/height etc. when I put it in, it is charging me triple what the customer paid. I have tried to delete my old setting and set up a new one and it still does the same thing?? I don't know what to do and I do not see where I can contact Etsy for support. Can someone help guide me how to contact Etsy?
All my shipping info is missing also. I have to go back to each listing to look what I entered as my shipping measurements. There are enough steps in the process, I don't need another one.

@SuperiorFireLights (I've not used Chat but have the icon at the bottom Right corner of my Dashboard. It is currently visible).
This button should be in your Dashboard as well, because you are a Star Seller. You could hit that Chat.
Or, some Sellers state they have received more knowledgeable Support personnel by selecting Chat at the bottom of the Help Page > Your Account (go through the menu and select the reason you are contacting them). *I don't know why one Chat personnel would be more knowledgeable than the other, but that comes from those who have utilized both.

@ChillwolfArt I do not have either of those. I use windows 11 on my laptop with Chrome. I have looked on literally every page, no chat anywhere. The only thing I can do is get ahold of support through email. Which means no support.

@SuperiorFireLights Oh boy, I'm sorry. I'm using the same as you but a desktop computer (w/Chrome on Windows 10). Earlier my Chat Icon was in the lower Right corner of my Shop Dashboard page. Now it's gone, but I believe it's after hours for Chat.
It's wrong that you don't have Chat in your Dashboard; you are a Star Seller. If the Response to your email comes back and does not help you, Respond directly to that, "I still need help" (rather than start a new Ticket, which will put you back farther in line).
