Star seller data incorrect

Shows 0 orders and 0 sales and this is incorrect.

I was a star seller for a year and for this reason I lost it.

@aifosjewelry did you reach out to chat support to put a ticket in through your Shop Manager dashboard? Etsy needs to look in your shop to see what's going on.

Did you change your shop currency?

I changed it for about 5-7 days and returned again to the previous currency.

That will do it. You start over when you change currency, even though you changed it back.

Sure thing! I've seen it come up a couple times in here before, and an Etsy rep has confirmed it. Definitely something to keep in mind when changing the currency in a shop. I don't know if the entire process starts over, like if you'll have to wait 3 full months to be eligible again, or if you will be eligible as soon as you hit the 5 sales/$300 mark. I just know at least the dollar amount portion of the requirements resets when the currency is changed.
