Star seller calculations incorrect

I’ve been a star seller for over a year and I know how it works. My super fast response times are not registering at all and my response rate is reflecting that. Can someone help please?

I would assume they're looking at the next review period, if they're on track for the April badge. Some people like to keep an eye on it and make sure there's not a problem instead of waiting for the month to turn and it's already too late.

Nobody here can do anything, this is a peer to peer forum. While support does sometimes check for technical problems, it seems to really only be when there's large numbers of problems being reported. Otherwise it's just other sellers that don't have access to the back end of things. 

As for your response rate, when are the messages from? The system doesn't sync automatically, so sometimes there's just a delay in them being counted correctly.

I assume you've downloaded the csv report and know which ones it's saying didn't have a response?

How are you responding? Through an app or through a browser?

Yesterday there was a shop that said their message to a customer didn't go through until they sent a second message. If there is some sort of glitch going on, maybe your responses aren't getting through the first time, which is why they might not be counted. You can take a look through their thread, see if that helps figure out if there's any commonality with what's happening to you.

Is ansering in March causing a change?  Are you unable to resond to inqueries from buyers?  Do you hit send and then message not appear?  If so then contact Etsy to tell them that your message responses to buyers is not going through.
