Star seller calc incorrect.

I have only EVER sold digital items and I still have NO star seller despite meeting all other criteria.  

I have been checking for months because I thought surely it had to correct itself. 

My shop has been all but decimated over the last few months and this has to be one major reason.

@TracyAnnPrintables: There is no evidence that being (or not being) a Star Seller has any effect on a shop's sales. Etsy is test and data driven and if they could prove that being a Star Seller increased your sales they would be shouting it from the proverbial rooftops.

You can download the history in that category to see where it's dinging you. Maybe you accidentally have something listed as physical instead of digital?

We've double-checked your Star Seller, and it appears that you have a digital listing that was listed as a physical listing. As a result, when the buyer purchased this listing, you'll need to add a valid tracking number for the order to count positively towards your Star Seller.

Digital items that are created as a physical item will still require tracking or a shipping label purchased on Etsy because they are listed as a physical item. We encourage you to list them as digital items if they’re truly digital moving forward. Unfortunately, those past orders will be considered physical items that require on time shipping & tracking. Moving forward, once you list digital download items as digital they will not be counted towards your shipping stat in the Star Seller dashboard at all. 

To see the order that has affected your Star Seller, you can download a CSV by going to your Shop Manager dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page > Go to Last Review Period > Select the On time shipping & tracking tile > selecting the ‘Download’ link next to ‘Order breakdown’.
