Star Seller Calculation

The star seller review period is supposed to be calculated through 11/30 (or generally the last day of that month), but when I look at the breakdown of messages, it does not go past 11/28.  So any message for 11/29 and 11/30 do not appear to be calculated in to the final percentage.  I am trying to understand why, if those last two days are part of the review people, why are they not factored in or presented on the list??

Etsy does that every month. They cut it off early.

@ClimbingBranchesCo: All Star Seller stats are in UTC not your time zone, so what is November 30 to you may be December 1 to Etsy. Also, a message is not counted until after the 24 hour reply window has passed, regardless of when you replied.

Hello @ClimbingBrancesCo,

Please know that messages sent on the last two days of the 3-month review period may be excluded from the current review period and counted towards the next period instead. This is to allow Sellers a full 24 hours to respond and not be penalized for messages received late on the final day of the review period.
