I had my star seller badges removed for a final violation warning. Can this be disputed? How can I get the badges back and confirm that I am in fact doing nothing wrong. I love selling on this platform and want to make sure I am doing everything along guidelines. Please help!

My suggestion is to review what can be sold here and make some adjustments to your shop. I'm pretty sure an unaltered bandana purchased from Hobby Lobby for like 99 cents doesn't qualify as handmade, vintage or a supply. You have some other items listed as handmade that probably are not actually handmade. (socks, towels). It appears that you are reselling which is indeed against the rules here.
The few bandanas that you have embroidered or added HTV to do qualify but the plain unaltered bandanas and other items you did not make or alter in any way do not.
I would also suggest educating yourself on intellectual property/trademark/copyright etc law and removing all violating listings. The disclaimers do not protect you and are essentially an admission that you know you are violating IP laws.
Peanuts characters, smiley faces, Green Bay Packers, Crimson Tide, University of *fill in the blank*....
What IP owned name/character did you use on the item that was already removed? Was there more than one that was deactivated?
A few more violations and you might not have a shop to hang the stars on.
You'll need to remove all of the infringement from your shop before you even think about trying to get your badges back.
Unless you actually have licensing for Snoopy, John Deer, Pacman, Smiley.... ?
"I am in fact doing nothing wrong."
Numerous IP infringing items (no licensing information provided).
"Everything is handmade in the USA. We strive to stock only quality pieces that will be your favorites."
Handmade by whom? No shop members and production partners listed. Stock? Don't you make them?
***Disclosure- Items I am selling are in no way affiliated with the copyright owners of the fabric and are not affiliated with the original copyright. You are NOT buying a product from any sports team but rather a handmade product made to order especially for you. Our shop is not affiliated with or sponsored by any professional, collegiate sports teams, or the manufacturer of the fabric.***
You use trademarked images, sports teams and college names to sell your products. Your items appear in Google shopping for sports teams. Extremely easy for IP owners to find them and react.
You price your sports team bandanas 2x of the same bandanas without a team name, For example, a regular bandana is $11.25, while the same bandana with a team name is $24.
I would suggest to read about IP and remove infringing items asap if you want to keep your shop open.
Lol… you made the USA socks? You made the bandannas? It says MADE BY your shop. Hmmm…
If I were you, rather than try to dispute Etsy’s actions which are wholly justified, I would concentrate your efforts on cleaning up your shop before it’s too late.
You cannot dispute it, not only are many of your items listed in handmade, are not handmade by you
loads of the others are illegally infringing on trademarks.
1. Remove all trademark items
2. remove all items not handmade by you
3, run your shop properly, and you may get your badges back in a year
4. don't change what you are doing, and you won't have to worry about star seller, as etsy will shut you down for good.
