I need help, I been trying to contact etsy and no reply...
I make my own products through printify, and i havent got not 1 view my friends looked at my page and it still says 0. I know its wrong I know its a glitch or something but I need help I been putting alot of work in for a couple days with 3 children and nothing Please etsy help me.
You listed your first item 5 days ago and you've entered a very crowded POD market. Do your stats show that you received a visit or two? Maybe your friend looked at your store front but didn't give any of the items a ''view''? Keep in mind also that stats don't update right away. If someone viewed a listing at 2 pm, you might not see it on your stats until at least 10 pm.
I would suggest that you ask for a Shop Critique. Your titles are too basic. Search for 'velveteen plush blanket', for example, to see how many you're up against. You're also not using any tags and your descriptions are pretty much a c/p of the descriptions the POD company uses to sell the product to you. Phrases such as ''Customize with a one-sided print to add your personal touch...'' and ''The heat-reactive surface reveals your custom designs...'' are meant for you, not your buyers.
eta - The plush blanket description says it comes in 3 sizes, but there is no option to choose a size.
I would also remove the items which are trademarked, unless of course you have permission then provide Etsy with your licences before they are removed and your shop closed down
Your listings are not optimised for search placement (SEO). There are various issues that can be improved - I also suggest a shop critique.
New shops take a while for the Etsy algorithm to analyse each listing and work out where to place it in the search results for each relevant search. This can take a few weeks while they test each listing in real time. Your shop is indexed so your items have the potential to appear in search results - they may however be right at the back/end. This is why it's important to promote off Etsy and drive your own traffic directly to your listings.
Reading shop critiques for other shops can also help you to understand how Etsy works. Many new shop owners make the same mistakes so most of the advice is transferable.
