My customer left me 5-star ratings on all purchases but one shows up with only 1 star which has impacted by Star Seller status. I contacted my buyer and he was shocked and wanted to know how to fix this. I sent him a screen shot showing only 1 star but neither he nor I know how to change this to the 5-star rating he intended. Can someone please help me with this? Thanks!

Thanks so much for your help. Now if only I can get Etsy to correct my statistics.
Good luck with Etsy doing anything to actually help you. They only collect fees, that's it.
@ElegantArtifacts I see 14 five stars if this is the same person you refer to. I'm guessing he edited his one star review?
Thanks everyone for your replies - now does anyone know how to get Etsy to correct the stats? Seems as a seller there is no way to reach help. i've tried all the usual ways but get no response and there seems to be no seller support by phone anymore.
I've never had Etsy help correct any of their issues. It is a difficult site to navigate especially for buyers who do not always use it. And then if they make a mistake, good luck getting any response and or help from Etsy. The customer service in chat tries to help however they are unable to do anything.
