Etsy put our shop on pause

Our Etsy seller account has been in vacation mode since February 24, 2025, without any explanation from Etsy.

Our account dashboard has displayed the following notification since that date:

"Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your info. This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you."

We contacted Etsy Support through the help page and submitted an appeal, but we have not received a response. Etsy has not informed us of the reason for the vacation mode or which document must be uploaded.

Our card on file is active, and our bank accounts are verified.

 

If anyone has experienced a similar issue, how was it resolved when Etsy was unresponsive? Also, does anyone know if we need to submit any specific documents to lift the vacation mode or resolve a potential suspension?

If you have had cases open against you and your shop, this could be a good reason for the pause. You have some really bad reviews. Also you have sold coral, what kind of coral? Not all coral is legal and you just say coral.
