Star Seller

Hi! I have met all the requirements to become a star seller, but only the quick reply icon and the feedback icon appear. All deliveries are sent on time 100%. Could you please check again and fix the technical issue? Or is there anything I can do?

@NanaLetha Yes they did. They must have, otherwise they wouldn't show the other 2 badges. If they hadn't met the dollar requirement minimum, then they wouldn't have any badges.

Are all packages showing as being in transit within your processing time frame? Do you mark the packages as complete and add the tracking number the same day you ship?  Even a day's delay throws things off.

Did you check your POD partner?  I assume what you listed is a POD partner.  Are they shipping on time if you are not shipping the item yourself?  

Check the appropriate CVS file to see why Etsy considers the items not shipped on time. 

There is nothing to be done by Etsy. THey have said they will not changes star seller metrics.

You are selling digital files combined with physical products, which I'm assuming it's not possible to have tracking for any digital orders. That is most likely your problem. Digital and physical listings need to be separate, otherwise you will likely continue to have this issue. Honestly, this is probably going to be the least of your problems, as too many orders without tracking will cause much larger problems with your shop (including reduced visibility and being put in forced vacation).

all items are shipped on time and with tracking number. Also, there are digital items that I complete myself and list them as digital files without tracking number. Why then do I have a 100% progress bar for on-time shipments? 
Many stores like mine also operate in a mix of digital and delivery and are stellar sellers?

Listings are either digital or physical. I am only aware of shops being SS's when they keep those listings separate. 

I couldn't tell you why the progress bar says 100%. Maybe you are looking at the next badge already, since it is the first you have to click on 'previous' to see the stats for badges given today.

Customisable portraits, even though they may be ultimately sent by email, do not count as digital downloads when it comes to Star Seller.   ONLY those files that are ready to send to all buyers without change, and are automatically sent after purchase, without you needing to do anything, are true digital downloads loads for shipping stats.  If you have to manually create the personalised file and send it by email, it is listed as a physical item, not a digital download.  ALL physical listings require a tracking number if you are in the US, or you can purchase a basic stamp equivalent through Etsy Shipping and send the buyer a receipt.  This counts as tracked shipping.  

If you are outside the US there will be a threshold order value over which ALL orders that are not instant downloads require tracking.

Look, I don't sell finished products. I sell paintings that I draw on the computer. Like the shop I sent you as an example. I sell personalized portraits that I draw and send as prints or files made by the client. Clients see my listings, buy them and send me their photos - and I start creating the portrait. Once the clients approve - I send the printed canvas or digital file.

There is your problem. In Etsy's vocabulary, a digital download is an item that can be uploaded at the point of listing, and every buyer receives a link to download that file at the point of sale.  When they use the link, the order is considered received. These buyers are zero effort and pretty much immediate delivery.  As I said above, if you list an item that requires personalisation, IE the buyer sends you a photo for you to integrate into the design or sketch by hand, then digitize and send to the buyer by email or Etsy messages, that is NOT the same as a digital download.  It is listed as a physical item because it cannot be uploaded at the point of listing.  If it requires you to edit or create the file AFTER the sale, based on the buyer's input, it may be a computer file but it still has to be manually sent by you, and counts as manual shipping.  If you are in the US you can purchase the stamp label and that counts as Etsy can verify you sent something.  Outside the US Etsy doesn't have such an option, so they put a $ minimum over which tracking is required, so most items like the ones you describe will either be under the threshold and not require tracking, or over the threshold by a sufficient amount to allow you to send a tracked letter (where available).

It is what it is.  If your sales are high enough that you can wear the occasional hit for not shipping with tracking, you are lucky.  There are workarounds you can do to show  the order has been sent.  For US sellers it is pretty cheap, the 60c letter stamp option through Etsy labels covers it.  We Aussies have no option for tracking regular letter mail, we have to use expensive registered post or prepaid envelopes which, while they don't always have proper tracking (often on receipt only), do have a "tracking" number that Etsy accepts as proof of shipping.  If you have to send the file manually after it is modified, you will need to use one of these methods to send a receipt to the buyer so that Etsy can see that it has been sent. If you are selling a digital file valued at under $10, and just need to send a receipt, none of these methods are cost effective.

@BootifulLabels is right. I don't see any digital download listing types in your shop. They are all listed as physical products. If you list a digital file as a physical product (which is the default) you will not meet the shipping criteria required for customer service stats because it requires a tracking number.
