Star Seller for April

I checked a thousand times, according to my sales count from January 1, on time shipping and reviews, I should get a Star seller for April.
But I noticed that my data is counted from January 14 instead of January 1 for some reason.

Is there anything I can do about it ? Cause the support tells me they can’t manually change it

@SivanLotan: You do not have the shipping badge. Have you checked the applicable CSV file on your Customer Service page (previous review period for April 1st star and badges) to confirm which order(s) Etsy thinks was shipped late and / or without verifiable tracking?
