Star Seller score was calculated incorrectly
In 90% of posts with similar titles it turns out they were in fact calculated accurately based on the data.
Check the CSV file for each area you think they got wrong and you will see where they believe otherwise. The program is cut and dried, yes or no. They do not look for reasons and will not make exceptions. Some "errors" you may be able to fix yourself but doing so will not change the current badge, only fix it for the future.
Has it been 90 days since your first sale?
@SuppliesHomeUSA: "Star Seller score was calculated incorrectly" In what way? Based on your reviews, the first question to answer is if on January 1st it was been more than 90 days since your first sale.
Star Seller is calculated and awarded only on the 1st of each month, and on that day it must have been more than 90 days since your first sale, then you need to have met the order quantity and volume requirements during the preceding three month period, and only then are the other metrics considered. You don't have any of the service badges on your shop home page - this usually indicates that you have not met the initial criteria of order quantity and amount ($), or it has not been more than 90 days since your first sale.
