I noticed I was at 99% for my on time shipping tracking score. I have never shipped anything late. I downloaded the spreadsheet they provide and noticed it was for one sale in November. I sold something on November 16th, a Saturday. My shipping profile is the 1-2 day shipping. I shipped on Sunday and it started tracking on Monday the 18th which is within the 1-2 day time frame. Why would I be marked as a "no" I did not ship on time? Etsy's polices state that Esty's support is unable to change anything and I need to post here? I don't understand why customer support cannot look into this and address this issue. How do I get this fixed?
Did you mark it as shipped? Did it have tracking?
When you buy your label on etsy it automatically updates to shipped and has the tracking number in the order history and sends an email to the customer. Yes it had tracking as I stated below. As stated the tracking started on Monday which was in my time frame I ship.
