My ratings for last month were 100%, 5.0 and 99% but I didn't receive the star seller badge. Does any one know what happened?
Did your sales reach the minimum quantity and $value (5 sales and $300 in US)? If not, no badges are awarded.

You are missing the shipping badge. You can download your report on the star seller page and see what order/ orders did not meet the shipping requirements.
This is the problem- as far as I can tell I do meet the shipping requirements. I just haven't been given star seller
you need to look at "LAST review period" the default is current review period

I met the requirements too and for the first time, my badge was also removed. So confused.

Hi there, yes this is the problem. Between the period of July 1 to September 30, I had a 99% shipping rating. I should have qualified for the shipping badge, and received star seller. I just didn't and I'm not sure why.
Hi, I got the same issue, is there any other way to escalate it? Dashboard is stating that I have met all the KPIs for all the badges but I didn't get the quick replies badge despite of having a response rate of 95%. Got the other 2 badges.
go to service stats,
click on - PREVIOUS review period,
and you can download the csv to see which you missed
