Our Star Seller was not awarded for August because of a messaging issue on June 2, 2023 and two items that were marked as having no tracking info on August 3, 2023. The messaging issue was 2 months ago so should no longer count. The shipping issue was for 2 packages that were manually completed and marked as local pickup....so there was no tracking information. It was marked as local pickup and the order was completed. Please fix this.

Even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts). Unfortunately, Etsy has made it clear that they will not manually adjust Star Seller data.
Etsy has said they will not adjust anything having to do with star seller. Your "2 months ago" issue is still counted, because star seller is based on the last 3 months. So, August's star seller was for May/June/July.
Read over the stipulations about local pickup.
Local pick up does not count for star seller.

Tracking is required for all orders ... unfortunately many new sellers seem to miss that important detail of the SS program.
What if I offer local pick-up or delivery for my items?
At this time, orders that don't have tracking because they are delivered or picked up in person will be considered shipped without tracking, and will not meet the Star Seller criteria for shipping.
Nothing to fix. Everything was done according to the rules.
