I can't send messages to my customers

I just opened my etsy account and i'm new to communicating with customers. I had a problem talking to a customer yesterday and had to respond a few minutes late.

then when i send the message i got a warning and i can't send messages anymore. It says 'Bummer, your messages have been temporarily disabled. Please contact support to have them reactivated. Also, see the FAQ and Community Guidelines for more info about Messages.' And I can't solve this problem. My customers are trying to contact with me but I cannot answer them. Can smo Help me?

Since you have no sales, you have no customers. Sending unsolicited messages is not allowed on Etsy.

@SevdesHandmadeShop: Not to discount the fact that your messaging may have been disabled in error, generally it is because the system has detected that your account has been sending unsolicited non-transactional messages. The email tells you exactly what to do - contact support and discuss this with them.  Have you done that?
