Etsy have claimed this month that I sent two packages without tracking in this review period which is totally incorrect. This has caused me to lose my chance at Star Seller. I'm meticulous with customer service and I ALWAYS provide tracking with my own labels and have never once sent an order without it.  Even when I go into orders and search orders without tracking it says none found. I'm really angry about this but as usual there seems to no recourse to get these amended.  Getting so sick of their lack of support for sellers.   Would be interested if anyone else has had this happen. No doubt it's to punish us for not using their overpriced postage labels.

Hello @CoastYarns,

 

We've double-checked the two orders that are affecting your On-Time shipping, we can confirm that you've shipped one order ahead of its ship-date. Please know that when you shipped an order ahead of its ship-date, the order will be counted towards your Star Seller once the date has passed.

 

In regards with the other order, we can confirm that you've entered FedEx as the shipping carrier. However, it appears that the carrier isn't sharing the tracking with Etsy nor Aftership. If the tracking events cannot be transmitted to Etsy, this will affect your Star Seller.

What does your CSV statement say? It can be downloaded from the Star Seller Page in Shop Manager.

I'm sorry to add to your problems but you are part of the buyers' app incorrect shipping location problem as well. The app shows your items as shipping from Maryland USA to selected countries. There's a big thread on this in the tech forums
