In my task of becoming a Star Seller, the only category Etsy claims I did not meet the goal was in my response to my orders. I checked the history and they only had 2 orders listed that did not belong to me that were not answered in 24 hours???????? For the month of April I have had 14 orders submitted and All were answered within 24 hours. I have been trying to get this corrected but I am not getting any response. Has anyone else had this issue?
You must reply to messages, not orders. I think you are confused.

@girlcircle - As NanaLetha mentions, there are messages - all message need to be replied to within 24 hours.
Then there are orders/items purchased - which need to be shipped within your processing times and have tracking.
If you are saying you have 2 Orders showing that are not yours - these are not items you sold - then yes, you need to contact Etsy.
Note, at times, orders may be pending awaiting approval by Etsy's payment processor. Then the orders are cancelled due to those issues with the buyer's payment method. Glitches can arise & these cancelled orders are never completely removed from your shop. Again, you'd need to contact Etsy.
A reminder - if it is a technical error - when contacting Etsy, do so with one email. If all you receive is a generic reply respond to that email, that your issue is not resolved. Opening new help tickets only puts you to the end of the line again.
@girlcircle Read the Q&A under your Shop Manager Dashboard > Star Seller.
@girlcircle Star Seller starts counting 3 months after your first sale - not when your shop opened. Could that be your case?
@PillowDetails star seller starts counting as soon as you open, you can't achieve star seller until 90 days after your first sale.
Which is why we get posts from new sellers says they've met the orders metric but it says pending.
