I have all the badges, except shipping , today shipping shows 95%, but I am still not a star seller.   What's going on?

It's the messages badge you're missing, not the smooth dispatch badge. Check the messages CSV to see what you missed.

@ElegantRoseBoutique: "... today shipping shows 95% ..." Also keep in mind that what you see today is for the April Star and you need to look at the last review period for March Star data.
