I am qualified to be a star seller and meet all the requirements but it has not been granted yet. I have had Etsy for over 90 days, made over the sales minimum, have good ratings, respond quickly, etc. Why has this not been granted yet?
because it's only awarded on the 1st of the month.
I have had Etsy for over 90 days
It's 90 days from the date of your first sale, not the date you opened, by the way.

Ok thanks- that might be it.
But i qualified on the first of January.
@CappuccinoLace Just counted. The first of January I should have been qualified. Do only business days count of days total?
If 90 days ended on Jan 1st (first sale October 3rd?), then you missed that badge because 90 days would have had to have ended Dec 31st.
You'll therefore get the next badge, awarded Feb 1st.
@TheOddDuckBoutiqueCo: The stats for the January star are on the "Last Review Period" tab. Remember that when you do calculations like first sale, number of sales, minimum sales volume, etc. Etsy does them using UTC not your local time zone.
Have you read all the criteria on your star seller dashboard? There's often something that you may have missed.
@CappuccinoLace gave a great answer. A seller must also have a minimum of 5 orders totaling $300 or over within the 3 month time period.
It's good to keep in mind it won't be uncommon for any seller to float in and out of having a star badge attached to their shop. There are many strong, established sellers who will never receive the star due to how the system is set up. This is due to the complicated world of online selling.
