Star Seller shipping percentage calculated wrong

I had this issue last month. I am currently at 93% and there are 4 orders not in the calculation that have already been delivered + tracked on time from september. Wondering how I can get those added into the percentage so I can finally reach 95%

Are you using Etsy labels?

Were any of those orders for IP infringing items?  You have quite a few in your shop!

Are you using Etsy labels?

Are you getting the the items scanned in at the post office?  That initial scan for US sellers is important for Etsy to know that the item has been shipped.

Check the CSV to see if the item was missing the initial scan of being accepted by USPS.

@SimplyTapley: "... 4 orders not in the calculation ..." Have you confirmed this using the CSV file from your Star Seller page? And to confirm which orders are bring your percentage down?
