Duplicate Tracking Numbers - One Says Pre-Transit, But Delivered?

My shop is only a few weeks old, so I'm new to learning the seller platform. 

I use a print company that is linked to my shop, so most orders' shipping status/details are updated automatically through the print company.

Being new, I didn't know this right off the bat when I started receiving orders. There was only one order that I manually entered (trying to be the diligent shop owner), and a few days later, I noticed that it had two tracking numbers attached to it. It was the same DHL tracking number, just entered twice.

I tried to remove the second one that I manually entered but I didn't know there were only 72 hours to edit tracking orders. I didn't sweat it too much, though, since it was the same number, so surely the order would ultimately show it delivered on both. 

Unfortunately, that didn't happen. Since August 28th, one says delivered, while the other shows pre-transit. They both have the same exact tracking number. The only difference is that one says "DHL" and the other "DHL Global Mail." Either way, both show they were delivered at the same date and time when clicking through each tracking link. Because, again, they are the same number. ha.

Because of this issue, this order has stayed in pre-transit mode since August 20th (shipment date). I worry that this issue is negatively affecting my stats and shop. I could really use some guidance/help, as this seems like it should be the easiest fix?
