Help.
Notified I lost my badge due to two orders being labeled without no tracking, when in fact tracking information was inputted at the time. Displays correct on the order page with delivery confirmed ahead of schedule. How is this possible? And how can it be fixed?
I do not understand why this issue cannot be addressed formally vs making a general post on a forum platform.
I am in the exact same boat. I have been trying for the last hour to contact a rep without any luck besides viewing this board. Having star seller is essential to have for the holiday season so to have this issue ignored is unacceptable.
So sorry to hear that. Hopefully, it's an easy glitch to address and have our status reinstated.

@Alcoholwics: There is no evidence that being (or not being) a Star Seller has any effect on a shop's sales. Etsy is test and data driven and if they could prove that being a Star Seller increased your sales they would be shouting it from the proverbial rooftops.
When they tell you to post here it is pretty much a brush off. I had that happen before and they never answered or fixed it. Now I know they don't fix SS data even if it is a glitch on their end. If enough report the same issue they might look into it but that still doesn't mean they will fix your SS data or retroactively give you a star. Sorry!
