Star Seller removed for messaging in error

I was dinged for not responding to a message. It was not the first message in the string. It was actually far along in the messages. Who would I contact to look at this for me? My Star Seller status was removed for this one error.  Thanks.

There is nothing you can do to get the "precious" badge this month.  It's already calculated and done.

Mark the message as spam.

You won't get the badge this month, but you might get it next month if you keep on top of it.

I was dinged for a message I sent my customer! I was never late in responding to any of her messages. I am getting the runaround from Etsy. Hope yours gets fixed!
