Yesterday I have check my dashboard and everything was fit for being a Star Seller. Shipping and messages var 5.0 and reviews 4.8. But suddenly today It decreases to 4.6 suddenly despite I did not have any more reviews. Do you have any idea what could have happened? Thanks!!
On the first of each month, one month drops off the review period. Your current stats are no longer including April - the review period for the next star on 1 August includes May, June and July.
