You need to download your messages CSV to see what Etsy thinks you missed.

You need to respond to ALL first messages in a new message thread.

This includes:

• messages from other sellers (you’ve purchased from)
• duplicate messages
• spam messages (they need to be marked / reported as spam)

These things help you:

• Download the message CSV and check what you missed. If everything is well then send a message to etsy support.
• Before sending a message to etsy check, whether you reply to all messages or not before 24 hours.

Also, etsy can remove our star seller badge whenever they want. So focus on your shop I think your shop needs many changes. Add updates on your shop and other details so buyers can easily comes on your shop.
