Vat invoice shows my old address even though I changed it 2 months ago.

I changed my shop's address on December 1st 2024, but when I print my vat invoice at the end of the month, it shows the old address. This has now happened for both December 2024 and January 2025. I contacted Etsy support and I got the answer that the new address will show on March or April. 

How can that be?

Did you change the address in Legal & Tax Info?

Does it match your VIES check?

Note that change in Legal & Tax Info may trigger an ID re-verification, and there are lots of problems with that process that are causing shops to be forced into vacation mode for weeks.
