My Star Seller data is incorrect in that the CSV file notes that one of my orders (2565330924) shipped late. I have a processing time of 1-2 days. The item was ordered on Saturday around 2PM, Etsy USPS label purchased Sunday, and shipped Monday. The tracking information is provided and the order got a 5 star review. I don't understand the discrepancy.

@Fermichild : Has the package been scanned? If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation).

If the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order then it is probably an issue with Aftership (Etsy's third party vendor for tracking). Doubtful that anyone will retroactively correct it but perhaps someone will look at it to fix things going forward. We also see inconsistencies with the reported data. We noticed that we have at least one order (looking at the actual order from the Orders And Shipping page) that says it is in "Pre-transit" but all of the tracking events are displayed on that order right below the erroneous status. The Star Seller CSV file says that shipped on time - yes.
I guess I don't understand. It says "Delivered" on the order for its status.
