We noticed that we have at least one order (looking at the actual order from the Orders And Shipping page) that says it is in "Pre-transit" but all of the tracking events are displayed on that order right below the erroneous status. The Star Seller CSV file says that shipped on time - yes.

We've double-checked your shop's order page and it appears that the status of the package on the carrier website is the same with Etsy. You can double-check the status of the package on the carrier's website. Once it updates on the carrier's website, the status on Etsy will also be updated.

I still have one from weeks ago that still says out for delivery. It has a five star review, so I'm not worried. If yours looks like its moving I don't think you should be concerned.
I have several on pre-transit and remain on pre-transit even when review has been left, it is really annoying as all parcels left on time and were delivered
Not concerned, just hoping that if someone from Etsy peeks in, the will pass on the UI / UX discrepancy.

Did you use "Global Shipping" for the pre-transit/tracking showing order? If you did, this is a new little glitch/process I've noticed. I have two orders that shipped to Switzerland using Global Shipping. Both showed "pre-transit" on status with actual tracking and movement on the order ON ETSY, up until Acendia received and accepted the packages from USPS. Very odd, and frustrating.
