Star Seller not awarded

I was not awarded star seller this month from my Digital Download website.  It says I did not meet my shipping requirements, which is BS.  I only had 2 orders that were not downloaded but emailed and I closed them with a tracking number.  COME ON ETSY!  How many more hoops do we have to jump through??????

@LyndasCutFiles: If you eMailed the orders, what did you use for a shipper and tracking number? Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. If the tracking number is never scanned it appears that eventually the order will revert to shipped without tracking.

It’s not possible to have a tracking number for an order that was emailed

Email does not include a tracking number.  In fact did you use a false tracking number? Or are you saying you sent a receipt?  If you did the former, Etsy takes a dim view of false tracking numbers. 

If the order was on a physical listing that gets a further ding for digital.  Any digital requiring personalization or changes are made with the made to order digital.
