I submitted manually for an USPS shipped item. The item was shipped the next day of the order placed. Well within the time frame provided. I had to manually enter the tracking number. The star seller did not recognize and says my order is missing its tracking information making me no longer eligible. I have maintained 100 percent in shipping since day one. What do I do!?
@DKDDesignandDecor: Make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Have the packages been scanned? Sometimes a tracking number cannot be validated until after the first scan is publicly available. An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.
