I contact ETSY support as one package sent FedEx to Ireland and customs do not accept ETSY receipt as proof. Customs requested buyer payment proof (e.g PayPal, credit card, etc). As buyer not replying so I contact Support yesterday. This morning, my request shows “This request is complete. If you need further help, create a new request”. So, I create a new request and again it closed automatically and immediately.
Just want to see if anyone sent support request these 2 days. If it is technically system problem from ETSY or only happen to me???

From what I have read in the forums, do not open a new request as Etsy will immediately close it. Respond to the original request telling Etsy that you still need help.
At the bottom on my request it show "This request is complete. If you need further help, create a new request."
I have create a complete new, maybe I click "create a new request" from my request, let see if it work! Thank you!
