My star seller status for 'shipping' is being incorrectly calculated this month. It is showing a 94% and says that (1) order is missing a processing time, but when I download the spreadsheet every order shows that it included processing times AND was shipped on time with a tracking numbers. I contacted Etsy chat and was given 2 specific orders that Etsy shows on their end that had had issues -- both of these orders included shipped items AND digital items. The shipped items do have shipping profiles, processing times, and was shipped on time with tracking. The digital items on the order were able to be downloaded immediately after purchase via Etsy. I have chatted with Etsy support and received a follow up email - but still have not received an exact reason for why it is showing 94%, when it should be 100%. Could there be a new issue on Etsy's end with orders that have both physical and digital items affecting the 'shipping' on star seller? I have had orders like this in the past with no issue. OR can someone give me the exact problem on my end so I can fix it - because I do not see anything on my end that I am doing incorrectly.
