Star seller

If I go to my reviews my rating is 4.8 but if I go to the star seller page it is showing 4.6. It’s been this way all month. If I can’t get it fixed then I won’t earn the star seller badge for November. Any one know what I should do?

It's because they don't use the same time period to calculate the review %.
There's nothing to fix, this is how it works.

The star seller uses the past 3 months to calculate the review %.
It's probably showing up a lower % because you have quite a few reviews that are less than 5* (1*, 2*, 3* and 4* reviews) in Sept and Aug.

You overall shop reviews uses the past 12 months to calculate the review %.

What time period is my shop being evaluated for?

When evaluating shops for Star Seller, we’ll look at the last 3 months of data prior to the review date.

In the Ratings section, you can see your shop’s rating average for reviews over a period of time. The goal is for your completed orders to have an average rating of 4.8 stars during the review period. This will earn you the Rave reviews customer service badge, and get you one step closer to Star Seller.

Your ratings average is calculated by adding up all of the ratings you’ve received during the review period, and then dividing that by the number of reviews you’ve received.

Your score is an average of the star ratings you've received in the past 12 months.

If you don’t have all 5 stars in last 3 months it will lower your score, the SS is 3 months calculated the other is for 12 months.
