They are scams, scammers are targeting new shops,
mark them as spam, and ignore them, do not give any information
SCAM SCAM SCAM. When you enter your email, you magically get a FAKE email asking for your payment information. They then take your money. Do not engage at all.
That is not how etsy works, or how you will be notified of a sale.

If you have a genuine sale, it will appear on your Dashboard
Yesterday, I reported such a fraudulent message to Etsy support. They took immediate action and have removed the scammer's profile.
