Hi, I noticed I didn’t receive my Star Seller badge for message response this month. It’s showing 50%, even though I’ve always responded on time.
There was one customer who hadn’t verified her account, and the system wouldn’t allow me to reply. I hope that isn’t what affected the rating.

It will tell you. Go to your star seller info and then click "Download message and dispatch history"
Should then be able to see what has specifically caused the degradation in rating.
Etsy won't change your star seller rating unless they admit that it's a bug on their end.
Download your messages csv and see which ones are causing the issue. If you can't reply to a message because the user account has been removed then mark it as SPAM.
Thank you so much for the info! That actually helped me pinpoint the issue. I checked my CSV, and it looks like one of the messages was from a buyer whose account wasn’t verified, and I wasn’t able to reply to her at all.
I’ve just marked that message as spam, as you suggested. Fingers crossed that it clears things up for next time—really appreciate your help!
I'm having the same issues. Stat pages shows I did not earn Customer Service badge. But the ratings below that section, show I am at 100%. I did download the message report, and the messages all show "YES" , I did respond on time. This looks like a glitch with Etsy, what should I do to contact them to have it changed.
@BeadablesByMimi Are you checking the Previous Review Period tab? The default web page shows the current (next/May) review period so it might be misleading.
