I have created a shop and it's put on forced vacation mode by Etsy to provide some information and I did via email and got a reply the next saying congratulations your shop will be live today and its been almost 10days and my shop is still on vacation mode. I have updated my profile completely and paid all the bills listing fee but still nothing happened. I have also created a case on Etsy to resolve my issue but no response yet its been so many days now and I'm confused and worried... on ther hand etsy said me on email it takes 48 hours to verify your identity i already submit my Nation ID CARD

I think you need to fill in your tax information, verify your payment account, and ID to be able to operate again. Are you still in the process of verifying your ID?
