Hi All! My Star Seller was not reached due to not meeting the "Speedy Reply" requirement. This is odd because I've always answered within 24 hours (often times in only a couple of hours). Is anyone else having this problem?
Download your message history CSV file (for the previous period) and see what it says. Any first messages without a reply within 24 hours?
