Star Seller dispatch/tracking stats are incorrect

My percentage rating for "On-time dispatch and tracking" has just gone down even though I have been particularly careful to ensure tracking numbers are added to all applicable orders (most are digital) and that the orders are marked as complete on time. 

My order breakdown says 69% of 13 eligible orders were dispatched on time with tracking or postage label from Etsy and that 4 orders were missing tracking info however when I look at my orders, only 2 are missing tracking numbers from earlier sales when I wasn't sure how it all worked. Is there a way this stat can be manually adjusted on Etsy's end to help me towards becoming a Star Seller? All of my other stats are perfect scores so this is holding me back. 

Also, my review period is from 01 July to 30 Sep (tomorrow), how frequently are seller's reviewed after their first review period?

Would appreciate anyone's help with this!

Hi there,

 

The tracking number added to the orders will only be valid if the tracking number shows event on the carrier website and on our tracking partner Aftership. Please check the carrier and the tracking number match. If the carrier and tracking numbers do not match or don't show tracking events, this will count as an invalid tracking number. You can also check our help center article explaining how to add or edit a tracking number.

The review period is the same for everyone. It's the timeframe for the star seller stats.

On Oct 1st, the review period will change to 1 August to 31st October.

I had the same problem and posted a message about it.  Here's the response I received from Etsy Staff.  After 24 hours my dispatch/tracking status progress was back to 100%.  Hope this helps...
