star seller not correct

I have replied about 12 new msgs this month and they do not appear, in fact the report i took out shows last month's convos and not at all the ones of september. 

This star seller thing was problematic from the very beginning and its a bit pain the a**

I wish Etsy will just cancel it or at least try to make it work properly

they are a couple of days behind, and at this time of the month, they roll them into next month

otherwise you could have a message on the last day of the month, and not reply to the next month.

They are counted, but rolled into the next month

as the ones from end of July would have been rolled into the next count

@SPIRALICA  :  Only the first message of a new thread counts for Star Seller and that message does not seem to be counted until the 24 hour response window has passed and at the end of the month there seems to be a mismatch as to which month the thread applies to, usually caused by timezone issues (i.e. September 30 to you, October 1 to Etsy).
