So yesterday it said I had 16 orders that didn't have tracking. I downloaded the Order History and all the orders that say they do not have tracking on the Excel doc, when you go into the actual order it has tracking. I contacted Chat and they said there is probably just a lag and to see if it corrects it's self overnight. So this morning I looked and I now have 7 orders (different from the 16 yesterday) that say they do not have tracking when they actually do. I ship USPS via Pirateship.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Is this some sort of glitch? Thoughts?
@fabricfetish : Often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Our experience is that a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status.
I was having a similar problem. This is the response I got from Etsy...
"The star seller dashboard updates daily. For tracking, if a tracking number was added, it will only be valid once there is a tracking event that is showing on Etsy. Once the tracking events show already it will be reflected on the star seller dashboard after 24 hours."
Were the 16 corrected overnight? I don't know what could be happening, but at least it's sorting itself out, maybe.

Thank you for your reply. Do you know if this something new? I have never not had 100% in the Star Seller and I look at it a couple times per week.
As far as we know, it has always been like that - although according to some other threads there seem to be additional issues with shipped status updating (on the actual order) correctly since the 22nd which we have also seen on a few orders.
