CAPTCHA CAUSING ERROR - CANNOT LOG IN AS NORMAL

For over a week now I have been unable to log in to my shop account using a computer. I use Firefox and Windows 10.

When I try to sign in I go through the Captcha process only for it to tell me there was an error.  That is as far as I can get. 

This has only been happening since the Captcha (prove your not a robot) started being used after entering my log in details.

The only way I have found to be able to log in is to request a change of password, even this process comes up with an error message after a log in attempt, I refresh the page and can log in.

Can someone at Etsy please address this problem and having to change my password just to log in to Etsy is clearly not correct and is preventing me from being able to maintain my shop.

@BlossomsDigiShop: This is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts). There are numerous threads about this issue (having to refresh the page to log in) and is likely not connected to Google reCaptcha as most who have this problem have not mentioned that.

Is your FireFox up to date? There seems to have been some problems with it lately. Do you have the same problem with a different browser?
