Star Seller chat feature?

Where is the Star Seller chat feature these days? I can't find it in my shop manager/dashboard.

It shows up around 13:00 CET each day in the dashboard, bottom right (little black box with 3 white dots)

I have also noticed it in the app

I believe it operates on GMT times, so for you it opens at 12:00 for me at 13:00

But they have seemed to increase the hours in recent weeks and are quick to answer, whether you receive the correct answer or not is still a gamble but at least it is an improvement of no contact
